Board rules

These rules are disclosed to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here on Hemlock Farms Community Club. They shall be adhered to by everyone to ensure that our board runs smoothly and provides a fun and productive experience for all of our community members and visitors.

  1. Board Rules

      1. Board rules supersede forum rules. Think of them as the overall, “umbrella rules”.
      2. Board Rules may be changed or added to at anytime and will always be posted.
      3. Forums may each have their own rules posted in addition to the Board Rules.
      4. Always follow the directions , if any given, by the Administrators or Moderators
      5. No swearing or use of vulgar or abusive language.
      6. No posting of or linking to material containing pornography, hack/crack sites or illegal software.
      7. Obey copyright laws and etiquette.
      8. Do not do anything on this board that would violate local, state, federal or intergalactic laws.
      9. Acknowledge and understand that this board and its forums are privately owned and operated. As such, this board and its forums are not affiliated with the HFCA in any way, shape or form.
      10. Civil discourse is acceptable here.
      11. Think before you post - keep it civil and remember, “you” are ultimately responsible for your own posts.
      12. Always follow any additional forum rules of the forum that you participate in.
      13. This Board of forums are provided free of charge to all approved members. No individual, group, club or forum may charge for it's usage.
      14. Watch where you post! Make sure you are posting in the proper and intended Forum and or Topic or conversation.
      15. Do not Mass PM or Mass Message any Group or Club without that Club or Group Leaders permission to do so.
      16. Respect member and group privacy - Do not re-post information from this site's forums elsewhere.
      17. Enjoy yourself – Participate.
      NOTICE:
      A Security Reminder About Member Accounts and Logins (Moved here from the Registration Terms as of 02/10/2017)
      1. Duplicate logins or multiple memberships are not permitted. All approved members get one login account to use and care for.
      2. Accounts (logins) that are abandoned, dormant or otherwise unused for a period of 45 consecutive days are subject to deactivation.
      3. Deactivated accounts can only be re-activated by contacting the administrator of this website.

      1. Do not use signatures that are obscene, vulgar or otherwise objectionable.
      2. Do not include commercial advertising
      3. Keep signatures short so as not to detract from the forums design

      1. Do not use avatars that are obscene, vulgar or otherwise objectionable
      2. Do not intentionally duplicate another members avatar.
      3. Do not use copyrighted pictures. Example: Company logo
